## SendGrid extension sender info details

> [!CAUTION]
> Note
>
> Before entering your sender information, please [verify your "From" and "Reply to" email addresses](https://www.twilio.com/docs/sendgrid/ui/sending-email/sender-verification).

Before sending emails, you will be asked to provide information to help your recipients understand who is contacting them and why. The sender info includes the following:

- **From name**: This name appears in an inbox, indicating who the email is from. If you don't include a "From name," the "From name" defaults to your email address.
- **From email address**: This is the email address used to send your messages.
- **Reply to email address**: This optional email address is used when you want your recipient's responses to go to a different address than your "From email address." If you don't provide a "Reply to email address," replies to your emails are sent your "from email address."

## SendGrid extension send emails details

> [!CAUTION]
> Note
>
> Field names are case-sensitive. If the name of your field is "First name," you'll need to type your field name {First name} precisely as it appears.

After entering your sender info details, you can configure the SendGrid settings. The send emails details require you select the following:

- The table hosting the records you intend to send to recipients.
- Your email address fields
- The email subject.
- The message to include in your email
