## Troubleshooting payment method access

If you're a workspace owner on a self-serve plan and can't find billing or payment options:

- Verify you're accessing the correct location:
  - For Team plans: Navigate to airtable.com/account, select your workspace, and look for payment details
  - For self-serve Business plans: Navigate to airtable.com/admin > Settings > Billing
- Confirm your workspace owner permissions by checking the workspace(s) shown on [your accounts page](https://airtable.com/account).
  - If you don’t see a workspace you were expecting to see here, then it means you do not currently have owner permissions for that workspace.
- Verify your plan type:
  - Self-serve Business plans manage billing through the admin panel
  - Sales-led Business and Enterprise Scale plans require contacting the sales team for payment changes

If you still can't access billing options after confirming the above, [contact Airtable Support for assistance](/v1/docs/contacting-airtable-support).

## FAQs

**Why can’t I access or view my workspace settings page?**

Only workspace owners can access and review their workspace settings page. If you need access to the workspace settings page, please contact your workspace Owner or Admin for Business or Enterprise Scale plan plans.

**I received a warning about exceeding usage limits and have taken steps to correct the issue, why is the over-limits badge still showing?**

Exceeding usage limit alerts can last up to 24-48 hours after taking the necessary steps. If you continue to experience overuse warnings, please check [your workspace settings page](https://airtable.com/account). The workspace settings will show you how much data is being used per base and help you identify the problem.

**Can I change my account’s email address?**

Yes you can. However, on admin managed Business and Enterprise Scale plans, you will not be able to change the email address associated with your account as outlined below. In those cases, reach out to an admin at your organization for help.

To change the email address:

1. Navigate to [your workspace settings page](https://airtable.com/account).
2. Next to your email address click **Edit email**.
3. Enter your new email and existing account password. Then, click **Save email**.

You might also consider creating a new account under an alternative email address and [transfer one or more workspaces](/v1/docs/transferring-ownership-in-airtable), if you only need to takeover a portion of your current account’s ownership.
