Each table in Airtable can have any number of views. Views, as the name implies, allow you to "view" your records in different ways. For example, you may create a view that hides several columns and only shows task records that have been assigned to you. Whenever you hide or reorder columns, apply filters, or sort and reorder rows, those changes will only apply to your current view.
It's easy to sort your records by particular criteria in Airtable. To begin, tap the "Sort" button in the View bar.
You can alter sort criteria by tapping on them, which will bring up another dialog enabling you to select the relevant sort order and field. To add another sort criterion, tap the "then by... >" dialog at the bottom of the "Sort Records" mini-menu. You can also remove a sort criterion by tapping the "X" to the right of the sort criterion. When you're done setting the criteria, tap "Apply."
