Airtable was built from the ground up to support effortless collaboration. One of the main ways in which you can collaborate with other people in Airtable is by creating a workspace.
Overview
Once you've created a workspace, you can invite workspace collaborators. Workspace collaborators have access to all bases in the workspace. You can create as many workspaces as you'd like for free, and each one has its own set of workspace collaborators and bases.
To make a new workspace, scroll to the bottom of the homescreen and tap the row labeled + New workspace.
You can edit the name of the workspace, manage the workspace collaborators, or delete the workspace by tapping on the button to the right of the team's title. This will bring you to the Edit Workspace menu.
Recently Opened bases
Airtable mobile users now have shortcuts to their most relevant Bases. No more infinite scrolling or trying to remember the name of that base you were in just yesterday!
Make sure that you have updated the app software to the most recent version to see this update. After opening 5 bases on your device, you'll see a Recently Opened section at the top of the home screen. As you continue to open bases, this section will update with the most recently opened base appearing at the top.
It's important to be aware that you will need to have at least 10 bases on your homepage under your account login in order to see this section appear. Additionally, iPad users may see more than 5 bases in the Recently Opened section depending upon usage.
