If you're having issues with uploading file attachments, or connecting to a cloud service through the attachment field, please follow the steps below to help identify what may be causing the issue:
Troubleshooting steps
First, try opening Airtable in an incognito window in Google Chrome, and uploading your attachment in the incognito window. If you can successfully attach a file, you may have a browser extension installed that's interfering with how our attachment field is handled. You can try disabling all of your extensions, and then re-enabling one by one to see which one may be interfering with file uploads.
Second, you can try uploading a file on a different network connection. Your current network may have security practices or firewalls in place to prevent sharing of data, resulting in an issue with the attachment field. If uploading attachments on a different network is successful, you'll need to ask your IT department to whitelist the following domains:
- filepicker.io
- filestack.com
- filestackapi.com
What to do if you still have issues
If the steps above don't resolve your issue, please open your browser developer console and take a screenshot of that window while Airtable is open in your browser and your are experiencing issues.
Then, please email that screenshot and a description of the issue you're having to support@airtable.com so we can help identify the source of the issue.
