Changing a user's email
If you need to change a user's email due to name changes or domain changes, you can make this change on the User management tab. Find the user using the search bar and then scroll to the end of the user details to click on Menu. Select Edit email from the options show.

You will have different steps depending on if you have SSO enabled or not. When users are not required to have SSO enabled, you will be able to just change the email and be done. When users are required to have SSO enabled, changing the email will log out the user from any current sessions. You will then want to change the user's email in your SSO provider to match. Once the emails match again, the user will be able to log in.

Restrictions for changing emails
- Cannot modify external user emails since they are not considered part of the enterprise account.
- An admin can’t change their own email. The action can be performed by a different admin.
- The new email must be part of a domain owned by the enterprise account.
- The email can’t be in use already.
- The email can’t be changed when the user has two factor authentication enabled.
