Find answers to frequently-asked questions related to the workspace settings page here:
What is the workspace settings page?
The workspace settings page is where all of your workspace billing information is stored. You’ll be able to see your plan type, payment information, billing history, a list of both workspace and base collaborators, and usage limits for each base within the workspace.
To get to your workspace's settings page, click on the dropdown arrow next to your workspace's name, then click the “Workspace settings” option. (Note that the option to go to the workspace settings page will only appear if you are one of the owners of the workspace.)
How do I change my billing plan?
You can change your billing plan at any time by accessing the workspace settings page. Click on the drop down arrow next to your workspace name and select “Workspace settings”. Next to your current plan, click “change billing plan” (highlighted in blue). From the pricing page you can change your billing type (Pro, Plus, free) and your billing cycle (monthly or annually). Please note the toggle button to the left (above the word “USAGE”) which will switch the pricing from annually to monthly.
How do I change or update my credit card information?
You can change your credit card from the Payment section on your upgraded workspace's settings page.
Where can I find my invoice?
We email invoices monthly to all workspace owners. You can also view past invoices by accessing your workspace settings page under the billing history section.
Where can I find a list of collaborators on my workspace?
A listing of all workspace and base collaborators is located on your workspace settings page under the billable collaborator section.
If you would like to change the permission level of a workspace collaborator, click “Add or manage workspace collaborators” (highlighted in gray).
If you would like to change the permission level of a base collaborator, click “Manage base collaborators” (typed in blue under each base they have access to).
What happens if I go over my usage limits?
If your base reaches beyond its usage limits, Airtable will send a reminder to the workspace owner advising them to either upgrade to the next billing plan or remove the extra records or attachments. Staying within your billing plan usage limits will help ensure your base performs at its optimal level.
