If you want to see your work organized by stage—from backlog to complete—you can do so on iOS using the kanban view (coming soon on Android).
Add a kanban view
To add a new kanban view, start by tapping the "View" menu in the upper-left of your Airtable app. From there, select "kanban" from the list of available views.
You'll then be able to name the view, set filter criteria for which records to show in the view, and even customize / create new fields.
Choose a grouping field
After adding the kanban view you'll be able to choose which field you want to use to stack records. Note that only single select fields and collaborator fields can be used for grouping kanban stacks.
After you select which single select field to use for your grouping, your kanban view is ready to go!
Edit the kanban view
If you need to edit or delete your kanban view, start by clicking the name of the view in the upper-left hand corner. Then, tap "Edit".
From the next screen you'll be able to adjust the filter criteria for the view, customize fields, duplicate the view, or delete it.
