Adding and removing billable collaborators
To add billable collaborators:
Open your Airtable account overview.
Select your preferred workspace from the "Workspace settings" menu.
A new page opens, allowing you to review the workspace plan type, its billable collaborators, and the usage limits for each associated base.
Click Add or manage workspace collaborators under the “Billable collaborators” section.
Click Email invite.
Enter your collaborator’s email and select their associated permission level.
Click invite.
To remove billable collaborators:
Open your Airtable account overview.
Select your preferred workspace from the "Workspace settings" menu.
A new page opens, allowing you to review the workspace plan type, its billable collaborators, and the usage limits for each associated base.
Click Add or manage workspace collaborators under the “Billable collaborators” section.
Click Manage access.
Select the checkbox next to the collaborator name(s) you want to remove.
Click Remove collaborator in the top-right corner.
Upgrading and downgrading billable collaborator permissions
To upgrade or downgrade billable collaborator permissions:
NOTE
Team plan billable collaborators: Any user with commenter, editor, creator, or owner permissions is a billable collaborator.
Business plan billable collaborators: Any user with editor, creator, or owner permissions is a billable collaborator.
Open your Airtable account overview.
Select your preferred workspace from the "Workspace settings" menu.
A new page opens, allowing you to review the workspace plan type, its billable collaborators, and the usage limits for each associated base.
Click Add or manage workspace collaborators under the “Billable collaborators” section.
Click Manage access.
Select the checkbox next to the collaborator name(s) you want to upgrade or downgrade.
Click the ˅ icon under the “Permission” column, then select your preferred permission for that collaborator.

Any newly added collaborators or changes to collaborators is prorated and reflected on your next month’s invoice.
