Airtable offers our customers support in a variety of ways, spanning everything from self-service educational content to help from our active community of users to assistance from our internal support team.
To contact Airtable Support:
- Log into your Airtable account to access your homepage.
- Click HELP on the right-hand side of the top navigation bar.
- Click Message support and select from the available options or type your query.
NOTE
Once redirected to Airtable's contact form, you can provide information like your exact issue type, give additional context, and upload relevant files for the support team.
