Setting up apps by Airtable

NOTE

To set the pre-built Feedback app:

  1. Select Use an app by Airtable and click Continue.
  2. Click For product.
  3. Select Feedback and click Continue

Because the Feedback app is designed to collect and track feedback, you’re asked to add specific tags that your team is tracking. For example, you might want to track ongoing bugs, design feedback, and feature requests.

In addition to documenting what your team is tracking, you can also assign each tag a unique color by clicking the dropdown arrow next to each tag’s name.

After adding feedback tags, select Continue, where you’re asked to add the features your team is tracking.

To set the pre-built Requests app:

  1. Select Use an app by Airtable and click Continue.
  2. Click For product.
  3. Select Requests and click Continue

Because the Requests app is designed to collect and track requests, you’re asked to add specific tags that your team is tracking. For example, you might want to track requests for things like blog posts, illustrations, and newsletters.

In addition to documenting what your team is tracking, you can also assign each tag a unique color by clicking the dropdown arrow next to each tag’s name.

After adding requests tags, select Continue to complete the Requests app setup.

To set up a personalized app:

  1. Select Build from scratch and click Continue.
