FAQs

How do I stop a form from accepting submissions from people without base access?

Confirm which form link received the response, since a base can have several. Open the offending form's share settings and set it to Only users with base access, or unpublish links you no longer use.

Note that a legacy form link (a 'shr' URL) set to accept anonymous submissions will keep doing so until you change that setting or delete it. It is not affected by the restriction set on a different form.
