Creating count fields in Airtable

NOTE

Your base's table must have a linked record field before creating a count field.

To create a count field:

  1. Open your Airtable homepage.

  2. Open the base and table where you want to add a count field.

  3. Click the + button next to the field furthest to the right in your view.

  4. Name your new field and search for “Count.” 

  5. Click Choose a field in this table, then select your preferred field.

  6. Click Create field.
