Airtable public betas

Prev Next

At Airtable, there is a mix of private and public betas. Private betas are not listed below.

Most public betas will have one or more articles in the help center to help participants learn more about how the feature works. Sometimes a sign-up form for the beta will be posted with the article. If you have feedback, then a feedback form will also be available in the article.

AI Labs release notes

Note

AI-generated custom elements graduated from AI Labs in April 2026 and are now available on all plans without requiring AI Labs to be enabled. See AI-generated interface elements in Airtable for the latest documentation.

Opt-into AI Labs to get early access to new AI features. Use this interface or the embed below to learn more about current AI Labs features, including their limitations.

AI Labs and admin panel model restrictions

  • Enabling AI Labs doesn't override your organization's admin-panel large language model (LLM) or model-provider restrictions. The provider settings in admin panel remain the source of truth for which AI models are accessible across Airtable's AI surfaces, including Field Agents and Omni.

  • AI Labs gives you early access to experimental AI features, and sometimes to new or preview models. In every case, those features and models still respect the approved-provider list configured in the admin panel. If an AI Labs feature or model relies on a provider that an admin hasn't approved, it won't be usable.

  • Turning on AI Labs never surfaces a model from an unapproved provider. For example, OpenAI, in Field Agents, Omni, or any other AI surface for a restricted organization.

  • To review or change which providers are approved, see the AI settings in Airtable admin panel article.
