Adding and removing billable workspace collaborators
NOTE
Business and Enterprise Scale admins can access additional collaboration tools on the Users page of the admin panel.
Workspace collaborators have access to workspace bases and interfaces that are shared with them—at a specified permission level.
To add billable workspace collaborators:
Open your Airtable account overview.
Select your preferred workspace from the "Workspace settings" menu.
Click Add or manage workspace collaborators from the “Billable collaborators” section.
A workspace-sharing window opens, allowing you to select "Invite by email or "Invite by link."
Enter your collaborator’s email address, select their permission level, and click Invite.
Alternatively, click Create link, select a permission level, and click Copy link.
To remove billable workspace collaborators:
Open your Airtable account overview.
Select your preferred workspace from the "Workspace settings" menu.
Click Add or manage workspace collaborators from the “Billable collaborators” section.
Click Manage access.
Select the checkbox next to the collaborator name(s) you want to remove.
Click Remove collaborator in the top-right corner.

To add billable base collaborators:
Open your Airtable homepage.
Select and open your preferred base.
Click Share.
A base-sharing window opens, allowing you to select "Invite by email or "Invite by link."
Enter your collaborator’s email address, select their permission level, and click Invite.
Alternatively, click Create link, select a permission level, and click Copy link.
To remove billable base collaborators:
Open your Airtable homepage.
Select and open your preferred base.

Who is considered a billable collaborator?
Billable collaborators on the Team plan include anyone with commenter, editor, creator, or owner permissions.

How can I limit what workspaces and bases my collaborators can access?
To limit what your collaborators can access:
Share only base access instead of base and workspace access
Create and share a view instead of sharing complete base and workspace access.
When does Airtable send an updated invoice after adding collaborators to my plan?
Any newly added collaborators or changes to collaborators is prorated and reflected on your next month’s invoice.
Who can create workspace and base share links?
Only owners and creators can create workspace or base invite links.
Creator-level base collaborators can create and remove base invite links for the base(s) the owner shared with them, but they cannot create workspace invite links for the workspace in which the base is located.
How do I delete share links?
