Azure AD

Setting up SSO for Azure AD

From your homescreen, click the hamburger menu in the top left and then "Azure Active Directory":

Then, click "enterprise applications":

Then, click "new application":

Then, search for "Airtable", click the only search result, and click "add":

Then, click "set up single sign-on" and then "SAML":

NOTE

It's necessary to confirm that the identifier "Entity ID" field in your Azure SAML configuration is set as https://airtable.com/sso/metadata0418.xml. If the URL does not match, then this will prevent a valid SAML response.

Then download the signing certificate as Base64:

Then copy-paste the LoginURL:

9-SAML-based_sign-on_-_Microsoft_Azure.png

After that, submit your sign on URL and SAML signing certificate (you can open .cer files in a text editor and copy-paste it in) following the steps in this article.

After you have completed these steps, you should be able to log in from https://airtable.com/sso/login.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues or need additional assistance, please contact us. You can also consult Azure AD's documentation, found here.
