If you have a base with a list of phone numbers—for an employee directory, a list of volunteers, or a club roster—you can easily message people from that list with just a few clicks using the Send SMS extension.

Installing the Send SMS extension
To install the Send SMS extension:
Open your Airtable homepage.
Create or open the base where you want to install the Send SMS extension.
Click Extensions in the top-right corner.
Click Ad an extension.
Search for and locate the Send SMS extension.
Click Add, then Add extension.
Click Get started and follow the prompt.
Enter your account SID, auth token, and Twilio phone number in the provided spaces.
Using the Send SMS extension
To use the Send SMS extension in Airtable:
Open your Airtable homepage.
Open your base with the Send SMS extension installed.
Open Send SMS extension.
Choose the table hosting the records you intend to use.
Choose the field hosting the numbers you intend to message.
Choose your preferred view type.
Click Preview.
Click Send.
