Airtable trash related permissions
The trash function allows to see and restore the tables, views, fields, extensions, and records that have been deleted in a base in the past seven days. If you need to restore a record's individual cell values, see this article about using record-level revision history.

Note
User permission levels limit what actions users can take within the trash dialog.
Only creators can restore deleted tables and fields.
Only creators can empty the trash.
Editor or creator permissions are necessary to restore deleted views and records.
Editor or creator permissions are necessary to access and view the trash dialog.
Read-only users cannot open or view the contents of the trash.
Accessing base and workspace trash
Accessing the trash dialog from your Airtable homepage allows users to review and restore workspace trash for deleted bases and workspaces.

Visit your Airtable homepage.
Click your profile icon in top-right corner, then select Trash.
After selecting "Trash," the trash dialog opens—allowing users to restore items deleted in the past 30 days.

NOTE
Items in your workspace trash can be restored for 30 days before being permanently removed.
Enterprise Scale plan admins can customize their workspace trash retention period in the admin panel, allowing them to choose between 30, 60, 90, and 180 days.
Visit your Airtable homepage.
Click your profile icon in top-right corner, then select Trash.
Click Restore next to the base(s) or workspace(s) you want to restore.
Note
Users with base or workspace creator-level permissions can permanently remove everything in the trash.
Restoring tables, fields, and records
Visit your Airtable homepage.
Open the base previously containing your now-deleted table(s), field(s), or record(s).
Click the "base history" icon next to "Help" in the top-right corner.
Click Trash.
Click Restore next to the table(s), field(s,) or record(s) you want to restore.

If you're unable to locate base or workspace data, we recommend the following actions:
Remove any filters used in your base or workspace.
Sort your base or workspace to show missing data potentially.
Review your trash for accidentally deleted information.
Check your records' revision history for collaborator updates or changes.
Review any relevant base snapshots.
