  1. Open your Airtable account overview.

  2. Click Edit name.

  3. Enter your preferred name.

  4. Click Save name.

  2. Click the circle hosting your existing profile picture.

  3. Click the + icon.

    1. Alternatively, you can drag and drop, or copy and paste files.

  4. Choose your desired image, click Save and then Upload.

  2. Click Edit email.

  3. Enter your new email address and current password.

  4. Click Save email.

  2. Enter the email address associated with your Airtable account.

  3. Click Unsubscribe.  

By law, Airtable is required to send out certain legal communications via email such as changes to our “Terms of Service” to all active users. Those emails include:

  • Account and billing changes - These are required emails for Airtable account holders.

  • Automated emails - Certain emails might be sent from you via automations containing the “Send an email” action.

    • Unsubscribing from automation emails unsubscribes you from all automation emails originating from that associated base.

  • Automation run errors - Errors coming from failed runs in automations that you own.

  • Sharing emails - Emails that are sent when other users invite you to collaborate in Airtable workspaces, bases, or interfaces.

To unsubscribe from those emails, you must delete your Airtable account.

Is it possible to not have a profile photo associated with my Airtable account?

No, after signing up for Airtable, all accounts display a solid color as the default profile photo. Instead of uploading a photo, users can alternatively upload another solid-color image.
