Verifying your email
Airtable requires users to verify the email address used while creating an account. To verify your email account for Airtable:
Open your Airtable home screen.
Review the yellow banner at the top of the screen that reads, “Please verify your email address by clicking the link sent to [YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS].”
Log in to your email account.
Open the Airtable email titled “Please confirm your email.”
Click Confirm my account.
A new tab opens, asking you to log in to your Airtable account.
After logging in, a green banner appears that reads, “Your email has been verified!”

Check your email spam folder
Request your IT department to allowlist the

Airtable requires users to verify or validate the email address associated with their account before upgrading.
Can I sign up for Airtable and verify my account on a mobile device?
No, you cannot sign up for Airtable on a mobile device. You’ll need to create an Airtable account on a desktop computer. After signing up and verifying your email address, you can download the Airtable app from the Apple App store or Google Play.
Does Airtable grant AI credits to unverified email accounts?
No. To receive AI credits based on billable users, those users must verify the email addresses linked to their accounts.
Why can't I upgrade my plan even though my email is verified?
Email verification is one requirement for upgrading to a paid self-serve (Team or Business) plan, but other factors can prevent upgrades:
Domain requirements - Business plans require private email domains. Domains like Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook.com, and other public email providers are ineligible.
Payment method - A valid payment method must be on file before upgrading.
Permissions - Only workspace Owners can upgrade plans.
Browser issues - Cache or cookie problems can interfere with the upgrade process.
