FAQs
Why can’t I access or view my workspace settings page?
Only workspace owners can access and review their workspace settings page. If you need access to the workspace settings page, please contact your workspace owner or admins for Business or Enterprise Scale plan plans.
I received a warning about exceeding usage limits and have taken steps to correct the issue, why is the over-limits badge still showing?
Exceeding usage limit alerts can last up to 24 hours after taking the necessary steps. If you continue to experience overuse warnings, please check your workspace settings page. The workspace settings will show you how much data is being used per base and help you identify the problem.
