What are Airtable credits?
Airtable credits are credits users and collaborators earn by inviting new users and collaborators. Users and collaborators must accept their invitation before any Airtable credits are transferred to your account.
How do I earn Airtable credits?
Once a new user signs up or a collaborator accepts your invitation, you'll receive $10 in credit for every person you refer to Airtable.
How do I invite people to Airtable to earn Airtable credits?
To invite someone to Airtable to earn credit:
Open your Airtable account overview.
Click Referrals and credits.
Enter the email address of the person you want to invite.
Click Send invite.
To invite someone as a workspace collaborator to earn credit:
Open your Airtable account overview.
Select your preferred workspace from the "Workspace settings" menu.
Click Add or manage workspace collaborators from the “Billable collaborators” section.
A workspace-sharing window opens, allowing you to select "Invite by email or "Invite by link."
Enter your collaborator’s email address, select their permission level, and click Invite.
Alternatively, click Create link, select a permission level, and click Copy link.
To invite someone as base collaborator to earn credit:
Open your Airtable homepage.
Select and open your preferred base.
Click Share.
A base-sharing window opens, allowing you to select "Invite by email or "Invite by link."
Enter your collaborator’s email address, select their permission level, and click Invite.

How do I review my referrals and credits?
Your account's "Referrals and credits" section details your available credits and allows you to review your invitations and referral link.
To review your referrals and credits:
Open your Airtable account overview.
Click Referrals and credits.
How do I apply credits to my Airtable bill?
You need to transfer your Airtable credits from your account to a specific workspace before applying them to your bill.
To transfer your Airtable credits to a workspace:
Open your Airtable account overview.
Under "Workspace settings," select your workspace associated with the Airtable credits you want to apply.
Under the "Workspace summary," locate the sentence, "You have $X in personal credit that you can transfer to the workspace."
Click Transfer.
Enter the amount of credit you want to apply and select your preferred workspace.
Click Transfer, then Confirm.
Can Airtable credits be transferred from a workspace to an account?
No. Airtable credits can only be transferred from your account to a workspace.
When do Airtable credits expire?
NOTE
Any credits earned on a Free plan expire after 90 days unless the plan is upgraded to a Team plan.
Airtable credits expire 1 year after you receive them—or once your account expires or is canceled, whichever is first.
Are Airtable credits available for use on Business or Enterprise Scale plans?
No. Business and Enterprise accounts cannot use or earn credits via referrals.
What kinds of referrals are disqualified from earning Airtable credit?
The referral already has an Airtable account.
The referral has not verified their account via email.
The referral previously accepted another invitation for credits.
