Verifying your email
Airtable requires users to verify the email address used while creating an account.
To verify your email account for Airtable:
Open your Airtable homepage
A yellow banner at the top states, “Please verify your email address by clicking the link sent to…” the email address used when creating your Airtable account.
Log in to your email account.
Open the email email titled “Please confirm your email.”
Click Confirm my account.
A new tab opens, asking you to sign in to your Airtable account.
After signing in, a green banner appears at the top stating, “Your email has been verified!”

If you do not see the "Please confirm your email " in your inbox:
Check your email spam folder
Request your IT department to allowlist the airtable.com and airtableemails.com domains
Open your Airtable homepage and resend the verification email.
Can I sign up for Airtable and verify my account on a mobile device?
No, you cannot sign up for Airtable on a mobile device. You’ll need to first sign up for Airtable here on a desktop computer. After signing up and verifying your email address, you can download the Airtable app from the Apple App store or Google Play.
